Woo Skincare + Cosmetics started in Nashville, TN in 1992 and was founded by Woo Caroland. Woo began her career in the art galleries of New York, at Sotheby’s, and the art department of Vanity Fair. Her eye for artful merchandising and a talent for recognizing emerging trends in beauty have made the original Woo Skincare + Cosmetics an overwhelming success, garnering attention from Lucky Magazine, Vogue, Town & Country, The Tennessean and more.

Crystal started her career as a Makeup Artist in 2006. She joined the Woo team in 2012, and throughout the years she developed a love for skin health, which led her in attending and graduating Aesthetics school in 2023. Crystal has a passion for helping her clients find that confidence in themselves they might not know is there, whether it’s through the power of makeup, skin treatments, and a good home regimen.

I am a Nashville-born, Nashville-based licensed aesthetics professional with over 21 years of experience, specializing in results-driven skincare and indulgently restorative facial treatments. Having trained in Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Orlando, I bring a refined, advanced approach to skincare for clients throughout the Nashville area. My expertise includes customized facials, Hydrafacials, Glytone Peels, and corrective treatments thoughtfully designed to enhance skin health while delivering a serene, personalized experience. I work with distinguished skincare lines such as U Beauty, Dermalogica, and Natura Bissé, and I am deeply committed to education, consistency, and achieving lasting, visible results. My passion lies in helping clients feel confident and radiant in their skin through treatments that seamlessly blend clinical efficacy with elevated relaxation and attentive care.

Ginger is a licensed makeup artist and aesthetician with experience in the cosmetic industry since 2007. She joined Woo Nashville in 2018, where her passion for makeup evolved into a deep focus on skincare, leading her to pursue her esthetics license. Ginger is dedicated to providing each client with expert care and an exceptional, personalized experience.

Mallory Hamilton is an aesthetician with 24 years of experience in the skincare industry. Originally from Alabama, she has called Nashville home for the past 23 years. She has been part of the team at Woo for 18 years, where she is known for her personalized, results-driven treatments. Mallory is a proud mom of three and a dog lover with three pups. She is happily married to her best friend and values family and meaningful connections with her clients
